Group Visits

We welcome group visits and have accommodated groups ranging from 10 to over 100.  To ensure that we have adequate personnel to serve your group and to be sure that there is not another group already scheduled on your chosen date, we ask that group visits be scheduled at least a week in advance.

Some groups choose to have lunch while in Aliceville.  We will gladly give you contact information for local eateries so you may check hours of operation, menus, and reservations for larger groups.

Several very large groups have arranged to have lunch catered at the museum.  We have a large events room which can seat up to 120 and seating for up to 30 more in the outdoor courtyard. We will gladly provide you with information about local caterers if you wish to arrange for a catered luncheon.  There may be a small charge for the use of the Events Room. Contact the museum for details.
